Anyone that busts out the “shabalabas” in public with no context or interpreter is an idiot. However, speaking in tongues for personal edification is not a “gift” that has to be given to you. It’s already been given to you. You just have to do it, but do it in the right way. In your personal time and prayer. Not as some grand public spectacle.
